Shipping Information
- We will ship our orders within one (1) to four (4) working day(s) from the time of payment completion, except for item(s) under 'Back in Stock' and/or 'Pre-Order'.
- J&T Malaysia is our shipping partner. The rate is as follows:
- West Malaysia - RM 8
- East Malaysia - RM 15
- Singapore - RM 50
- Delivery might delay due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to bad weather, accidents etc. CocoBB will not take responsibility for delivery delay, parcel damage or loss of parcel. Any shipping complaint should be made to designated courier companies.
